整套半廢品加工流水線分為五個區(qū)域,分別為:數(shù)控自動切斷平臺、車絲平臺、數(shù)控打磨平臺、自動保送平臺、半廢品寄存區(qū)。

1.數(shù)控自動切斷
1. NC automatic cut-off
數(shù)控切斷平臺是由兩臺鋼筋縱向傳輸機和一臺鋼筋切斷機組成,只需采用桁吊將需求切斷的鋼筋吊上料平臺上后,人工啟動電腦終端的上料、運輸、切斷、卸料按鈕,便可完成鋼筋的下料,詳細步驟如下:
The NC cutting platform is composed of two steel bar longitudinal conveyors and one steel bar cutting machine. After lifting the steel bar to the feeding platform by truss crane, the feeding, transportation, cutting and unloading buttons of the computer terminal can be started manually, and the cutting of the steel bar can be completed. The detailed steps are as follows:
(1)鋼筋自動上料
(1) Automatic feeding of reinforcing bars
將需求切斷的鋼筋吊上料平臺上,啟動上料按鈕,自動將所需加工鋼筋推放運輸軌道上;
The steel bar which needs to be cut off is hoisted on the feeding platform, the feeding button is activated, and the steel bar which needs to be processed is automatically pushed onto the transportation track.
(2)鋼筋自動傳輸

依據(jù)下料長度,人工固定傳感器位置,啟動運輸按鈕,電腦終端控制鋼筋自動傳輸鋼筋傳感器位置。

(3)鋼筋自動切斷

鋼筋碰觸傳感器后,由傳感器將信號傳輸鋼筋切斷機自動切斷,確保每根鋼筋端頭切割后長度分歧。

鋼筋切斷完成后啟動運輸按鈕,傳感器自動抬起,將切斷后鋼筋運輸卸料傳感器,經(jīng)過傳感器信號啟動卸料系統(tǒng),將下料后鋼筋卸下道工序施工位置。
After the steel bar is cut off, the transport button is started and the sensor is lifted automatically. The steel bar after cutting is transported to the unloading sensor. The unloading system is activated by the sensor signal, and the steel bar after cutting is unloaded to the construction position of the next working procedure.
2.鋼筋端頭車絲

鋼筋下料完成后,應用橫移平臺將鋼筋橫移車絲機位置,人工采用應用車絲機停止鋼筋端頭車絲。依據(jù)所加工鋼筋規(guī)格,調(diào)整車絲行程檔塊的位置,保證車絲長度到達請求值。剝肋長度與鋼筋規(guī)格的關(guān)系見下表:
After the steel bar cutting is completed, the steel bar is transversely moved to the position of the wire lathe by using the transverse platform, and the wire lathe is manually used to stop the wire lathe at the end of the steel bar. According to the specifications of the steel bar processed, the position of the traveling gear block of the lathe wire is adjusted to ensure that the length of the lathe wire reaches the required value. The relationship between the length of rib stripping and the specification of steel bar is shown in the table below.
(1)鋼筋端部平頭切口斷面應與鋼筋軸線垂直;

(2)依照鋼筋規(guī)格所需求的調(diào)試棒調(diào)整好滾絲頭內(nèi)孔小尺寸;

(3)按鋼筋規(guī)格改換漲刀環(huán),并按規(guī)則的絲頭加工尺寸調(diào)整好剝肋加工尺寸;
(3) Change the expanding knife ring according to the steel bar specifications, and adjust the rib peeling processing size according to the regular wire head processing size;
(4)調(diào)整車絲檔塊及行程開關(guān)位置,保證車絲螺紋長度契合絲頭加工尺寸的規(guī)則;
(4) Adjust the position of the screw block and the travel switch to ensure that the length of the screw thread conforms to the rules of the processing size of the screw head;
(5)絲頭加工時應用水性光滑液,不得運用油性光滑液。當氣溫低于0℃時,應摻入15~20%亞硝酸鈉。嚴禁用機油做切削液或不加切削液加工絲頭。
(5) Waterborne smoothing fluid shall be used in the processing of filament heads, and oily smoothing fluid shall not be used. When the temperature is lower than 0 C, 15-20% sodium nitrite should be added. It is strictly forbidden to use engine oil as cutting fluid or to process wire heads without cutting fluid.
