1. Manual straightening

　　手動矯直一般采用矯直平臺矯直、手搖絞車矯直、蛇形管矯直架矯直。

　　Manual straightening generally adopts straightening platform straightening, hand winch straightening, snake-shaped pipe straightening frame straightening.

　　矯直臺兩端設(shè)有卡盤，卡盤上焊接有扳手。矯直平臺與鋼扳手配合使用，對直徑大于12mm的粗鋼條進(jìn)行矯直。其矯直方法是將鋼筋置于夾頭板柱之間，將彎曲處置于板柱上，然后用鋼扳手將鋼筋拉直。

　　手搖絞車矯直常用于矯直圓鋼以下10mm的直徑。操作方法是用手搖絞車將鋼筋打開到一定長度后進(jìn)行剪切，將剪切處用夾子夾緊錨，繼續(xù)搖動絞車，即可將鋼筋拉直。

　　Hand winch straightening is often used to straighten the diameter of round steel below 10 mm. The operation method is to open the reinforcing bar to a certain length by hand winch, then cut the reinforcing bar, clamp the anchor at the shear place with clamp, and continue to shake the winch, and then straighten the reinforcing bar.
