(2)、《建筑施工手冊》第二十一篇、第四節(jié)中關(guān)于鋼筋綁扎規(guī)定內(nèi)容如下:除柱鋼筋和梁鋼筋中的主筋采用焊接接頭外,其余受力筋和箍筋均采用綁扎連接。鋼筋綁扎采用現(xiàn)場綁扎,用20號鐵絲。柱、梁箍筋與受力鋼筋垂直設(shè)置,箍筋彎鉤疊合處,應(yīng)沿受力鋼筋方向錯開設(shè)置。板及整澆層的鋼筋網(wǎng)外圍兩行鋼筋交點應(yīng)每點綁扎牢固,中間部分的相交點可相隔交錯扎牢,但要保證受力鋼筋不致產(chǎn)生位移??傊壴鷷r要做到:鋼筋位置準確,綁扎牢固,鋼筋接頭位置,搭接長度,保護層厚度等符合要求,并嚴格按圖施工。

混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工規(guī)范底5.4.9中規(guī)定如下:鋼筋綁扎的細部構(gòu)造應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
5.4.9 of the code for construction of concrete structures stipulates as follows: the detailed structure of steel bar binding shall meet the following requirements:
①、鋼筋的綁扎搭接接頭應(yīng)在接頭和兩端用鐵絲扎牢;

②、墻、柱、梁鋼筋骨架中各垂直面鋼筋網(wǎng)交叉點應(yīng)全部扎牢;板上部鋼筋

網(wǎng)的交叉點應(yīng)全部扎牢,底部鋼筋網(wǎng)除邊緣部分外可間隔交錯扎牢;

綜上所述個人覺得只有板底部鋼筋鋼筋存在間隔交錯綁扎(且是單向板),剪力墻墻的鋼筋網(wǎng)片是雙向受力,因此剪力墻墻筋也應(yīng)滿扎。其余部位都不可以。
