鋼筋的分類比較復(fù)雜。因?yàn)殇摬母鶕?jù)生產(chǎn)工藝、形狀、供應(yīng)形式等許多許多方面來分類。所以今天我們要介紹鋼筋的分類的相關(guān)知識。鋼筋混凝土和預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土是常用鋼筋。它的橫截面是圓形的，有時是帶有圓角的正方形。包括圓鋼筋(俗稱鋼絲和圓鋼)、帶肋鋼筋(俗稱鋼筋)。

　　鋼筋的分類——按軋制外形分

　　（1）光面鋼筋：I級鋼筋（Q235鋼筋）均軋制為光面圓形截面，供應(yīng)形式有盤圓，直徑不大于10mm，長度為6m~12m。（2）帶肋鋼筋：有螺旋形、人字形和月牙形三種，一般Ⅱ、Ⅲ級鋼筋軋制成人字形，Ⅳ級鋼筋軋制成螺旋形及月牙形。（3）鋼線，分低碳鋼絲和碳素鋼絲兩種及鋼絞線。（4）冷軋扭鋼筋：經(jīng)冷軋并冷扭成型。

　　鋼筋的分類——按直徑的大型分

　　按直徑大小分鋼絲（直徑3~5mm）、細(xì)鋼筋（直徑6~10mm）、粗鋼筋（直徑大于22mm）。

　　鋼筋的分類——按力學(xué)性能分

　　按生產(chǎn)工藝分熱軋、冷軋、冷拉的鋼筋，還有以Ⅳ級鋼筋經(jīng)熱處理而成的熱處理鋼筋，強(qiáng)度比前者更高。
